Oversee Product delivery and evolution for MLB, NHL,NFL, MLS, NWSL and other global sports clients. Hold accountability over content management platform development, related services and optimizing customer success frameworks for Digital Content platform team. Coordinate with Product engineering, 3^rd party vendors and client Product teams on scope requirements.

Advise and guide commercial teams with product demonstrations, proposals, and pitch materials aimed at prospective accounts. Lead product evolution activities for sport industry's top CMS, designed, facilitated, and led strategic realignment of core products and solution development for customers in the leading global Sports leagues.

· Spearheaded process design and enablement for enhanced systems integration delivery between Global product groups and project-based development teams.

· Steered product customer feedback driven product planning, development, go—to-market and resource modeling for multiple productlines.

· Facilitated strategic market analysis, presentations and proposals to executive management in support of the successful acquisition of the business to Bain Capital.

· Worked with Innovation Labs on Generative AI initiatives and RAG model architectures.
